Dedicated to Auntea Jenny’s marketing and sales force, the third-floor hub blends laboratory precision with brand energy. Guests step into a brushed-aluminium reception where a terrazzo-block desk floats beneath oversized light panels and red-lacquer fire lines—subtly echoing the company’s logo. Glass-front strategy rooms bookend an open bullpen of 120 white bench desks, giving campaign teams clear sightlines for rapid collaboration. Two colour-drenched pantries inject respite into the monochrome core: a cobalt “HAVE A GOOD REST” lounge for quick brainstorms, and a malachite “HAVE A NICE DAY” coffee bar for client huddles. A stainless corridor loops past breakout booths and media editing bays, ensuring these revenue-driving departments stay agile, inspired and perfectly caffeinated.

It integrates a clean, contemporary design featuring glass-walled laboratories, stainless-steel fixtures, and minimalist decor. The purple-accented common areas provide vibrant breakout spaces to encourage collaboration and innovation. The open-plan workspace fosters interaction among researchers, while comfortable, casual seating areas create an inviting environment for relaxation.
